Join others in Mid-Day Mindfulness Meditation on Fridays at 12:15pm in Room 113.  Brief discussion, followed by silent practice and concluding with observations, comments or questions.  Mid-Day Mindfulness is the opportunity to rest in the presence of God in a supportive environment with others.  No experience, fee or registration is necessary.  Led by P.
